During lock down, we have missed you, however, we have been busy working hard to ensure that when we reopen the doors to the Who'd, it is safe to do so.
Our priority is to ensure that the team here at the Who'd and our customers safety is at the forefront of what we do. It is also important to us that you enjoy your visit to the Who'd, as you always have done. We have considered and implemented an appropriate and comprehensive Risk Assessment for staff, customers and contractors.
We have carefully placed our furniture to adhere to social distancing measures, installed screens where needed and introduced disposable menus and condiments - all whilst still providing you, our customers, with a welcoming environment. Table numbers are currently set at a maximum of 8; as our commitment to a safe environment, as always, is a top priority. Hand sanitiser is available throughout the building, at entry and exit doors and adjacent to the toilet facilities.
We have introduced a new Order and Pay at Table App and a one way system. Entrance for everyone is the Conservatory door. We would be grateful if wheelchair users could ring and advise us in advance of visiting; and we will make sure appropriate plans are in place. Please could all guests wait by the socially distanced markers outside the Conservatory door; and we will seat you at your table. If you are seated in the restaurant or conservatory, please could you exit the Who'd from the front door in the bar and use the toilets in the restaurant. If you are seated in the bar, or the silage bar, please use the toilets and exit the building via the door in the silage bar. We have also introduced a single user system in all toilets and would ask that you use the rope to create a barrier on your way in to the toilets. Hand sanitiser stations have been placed immediately outside both sets of toilets to enable this process. If you are unsure about any of these measures, please speak to a member of staff and we will gladly help. In addition we will be keeping a temporary record of guests and visitors for 21 days in line with Government guidance. Finally we would like to ask, if you bring children with you, they are supervised at all times.
Welcome back to the Who'd, it really is great to see you all!
